keeping a hot water bottle in the tank, when there is no heat, works. When your power goes out, put hot water in a thermo jug or what ever you have so you can keep filling the hot water bottle for a while. That should keep an ig baby warm for a while. It's always warm under our sweaters too, a good place if it gets cold in the house. Bye for now, Jeanne
