As far as the WalkAbout diet, nope, don't use it. Part of the probs I have is that is not a complete diet.
Personably, if you feed a dark green salad, shredded squash and lots of sunshine, you will have a healthy, long lived ig. Gee, assuming that you are in a high humidity state like Fla.
