I found out what was the nasty smell all about. He has a wide branch next to some pcc piping for easy access to his basking spot and I clean the cage completely every 4-5 days. I guess I missed a HUGE terd behind the branch. I got rid of it and now it smells fine. Sorry about that. I am responsible in cleaning cages and using the right stuff but I guess I made a little mistake and missed this one huge terd. I can't believe I missed it too. Just to let you know, nothing important but I use newspapers for his shelfs and at the bottom of the cage. I change all of the papers everyday and right after he is done pooping.
