is it bruising?

I have read articles on abused iguanas. They say if he starts turing a kind of blue it means he hit himself on something or he got hurt and it is a bruise. My igg has blue scales on the top of his head and thought that his last owner had done that to him since he abused him. It hasn't gone away so I am just asking if that is just his natural color or is there something wrong?

o yea it doesn't hurt when i touch his head either.
