is mix it in with the good greens,like collards,mustard,turnip and dandaloin greens.Variety is the spice of life for these guys.They get bored with just the same diet,so if you mix a little red leaf,romain(dark green leafs)and endive,it changes the taste of the over all salad they eat.If you can,,,get ahold of some chemical free hibiscus leafs,they're great cal:phos ratio for igs.
