I would say very high and agree with Dishy. We will take Sneakers in the bathroom with us while we're taking a shower. Thats probably the only time we come close to matching the humidity levels of a rain forest.

Several years ago I went to Barbatos (sp) and half the time we were drenched while outside. It was very strange for me as you never felt cold or hot, just wet and your clothes would dry on you. I imagine that is what would be the perfect humidity level.
