UV Heat bulbs

I'm not to happy right now with them. But I must explain myself to understand. I was happy with the outcome of the bulb but the company..., how can i say it politely, needs to improve. I purchased a UV heat bulb for my bearded dragons. I was extremely pleased with the results. Two months later it blew out but I didn't worry because they have a one year guarantee. A month later I am still waiting for my bulb. I took it to the placed I purchased it (I know the guy is legit) & he was going to replace it with a new one. I'm still waiting. He hasn't gotten any shipments. I have tried other distributors but no luck. They're no where to be found. Now I have to Beardie tanks & one iguana tank I wanted UV Heat bulbs for but I can't find them anywhere. I wish I knew what was up with them.
