Try to get one w/the highest UVB level, there's one called Reptisun 5.0 (and that might be the highest available, I'm not sure). If there is a variety at the store, look over the package good ~ there should be a "warning" label on it about the uvb, if it isn't there, the level is too low (under 3% I think).
Also, if you are someplace still warm with lots of sun, nothing beats natural sunlight, which would have to be unfiltered (that is, through screen or something~no glass). Unfortunately, the sun is pretty much "gone" for most of us now until the spring. Good luck. And considering hanging around the forum, there are a lot of experienced, educated people here (tho I gotta admit *none* of us knows everything :-)
