I'd feed your iguana more collard greens per day and mist down the food bowl before giving it to your igauna. As far as not eating, this could be from the seasonal changes....many igs are doing this right now...it happens every year with ours.
The wrinkles on the sides is a sign of dehydration and you need to up the fluid intake for your iguana.
Oh and by the way......what's going on with the adoption??? Please email me and let me know.
