I don't remember your igs setup exactly or all the details so it makes it harder..... but I would say IF the smaller one can see the bigger ig, it may be intimidated not to eat (and I'm assuming they are kept in separate cages). Also, taking a fecal sample to the vet is a good idea to check for worms/parasites-- which decrease the appetite. AND-- do you know what favorite foods your ig normally likes? Try bribing the poor thing with a lot of it's favorites mixed in with the good stuff. If he is in a new environment, the stress may keep him from eating. Igs are sooooo sensitive. The most important thing is to rule out illness, then you can deal with a the alleviating anxiety OR coaxing a stubborn eater. (I would think he NOT POOPING would be related to not eating so fix one, and hopefully the other will follow) When was the last time your ig had a checkup at the vet?
: he wont eat his regurlar diet (the other one pigs down on it) he will only eat snacks so his appetite is there apperently but i dunno wahts wrong why wont he eat his food need help
