Don't know where you live so I'm sort of limited on any suggestion. If you lived near Austin, Texas I could give you the name of mine LOL I'll give you a website that lists vets who allegedly know about herps. Check out the members list for anyone near you. If you are any where in Missouri, I've got chat friends who could give me names of herp vets they trust in their area. It's a pretty specialized field as you probably know and developing trust of the vet is important, too. I also know a few Canadians if that's your area!
