Crickets are bad right? I mean to feed iguanas.

cause i read that i can nver feed igunas any animal protein. but
then pet store guy told my friend that the crickets are for the
iguna's to eat and she told me to feed him them but i said no and
she won't belive me that it's not right, so i came here to make sure.
and to prove it to here.
