If your two igs are in the same enclosure and it's less than the size of a small bedroom, then I would separate them out into individual enclosures - we had three igs living together for the first 4 months, then they got separated out to individual enclosures which helped tremendously with their behavior, feeding and overall health.
In the meantime, I would advise separate dishes for each ig. Put the dishes as far apart as possible to avoid one ig eating the other's food. Since igs see color I would also make sure that the dishes are the same color or that each ig gets it's own colored dish all the time.
