Neither one of the foods you mentioned (Reed's or Keytee) are any good at all. They are both basically crap, filled with corn and preservatives, and your ig would probably be just about as well off eating cardboard. ZooMed's pelleted iguana food (the DRY stuff!) is pretty good as far as commercial foods go...but I think there is a bit too much protein for an adult iguana (yeah, they can have too much plant protein). The only coomercial food that I *really* feel good about recommending is Susan Donoghue's (herp vet) commercial diet called "Walkabout Farms" mix. Here's the website for all of their diets.
