Highly unlikely, if not physically impossible. However, if it eases your mind some, my silly Chinese Water Dragon started showing "male breeding characteristics" at age 6 months. I think it has to do with the fact that some behaviors like head bobbing and arm waving are not strictly breeding behaviors only. They can also be dominance displays, etc. and apply to male and female alike!
