Stephani, here's another pic, this time full view so that you can check out his markings and compare with your ig. As you can see, he was getting a little upset with the camera, and was considering "killing" it with a tail slap. I've always assumed he was a Central American specimen from the colors and markings....

My wife and I took him, and nothing's been the same since. He was about 4 months old when we got him, A little over two years old now, and 15" svl, 42" total. This pic was taken in his new "sun cage" for the summer months. Boy, does natural sunlight and breeding season together make for a change in attitude! His favorite occasional treats are rasberries and small pieces of bread.
