I have a female and my sister had a male at one point. it was really obvious to me when they were together that mine was female and hers was male becaus of a few things, One, his spikes were much longer, His dewlap was also much bigger, kinda went out from his chin and hers kinda just went strait down, and if you pick them up and turn them upside down, there are pores on the inside of their legs. Males pores are bigger. he was also a brighter green, but that could just be the individual and not necessarily the sex. ALSO, when i put them together, he would bob his head like crazy and follow her around and she just ignored him, (they were maybe a year old, if not younger)Eventually she started to get mad at him and whip him with her tail, so we didnt' put them together anymore. Hope that helped!
