Kim, I'm going to put up 3 websites for you/her to read over. Perhaps ya'll can figure out which ailment this most resembles and go from there. Hopefully, it is not mouthrot! He may be very dehydrated and this has caused a yucky build up especially since his mouth is not formed quite right. Once you've read over the sites, please ask questions if it didn't help you out enuf.
