Personally, it sounds like if you continue to use them that it's safe since you are wiping it off, etc. etc. Here's a snippet from a post on the Iguana Mail List in 1999 by Melissa Kaplan regarding this:

Hope that eases your mind. (I can hear the wheels turning---Hands to face OMG what have I done to my baby?!?) I know of others who have continued to use Lysol and have not heard that there have been any problems. But the ones I personally know of are doing what you do (rinsing/airing). This is especially true of people who have "rug rats" and are afraid (for good reason)of the babes picking up something from the green babes. Ummm...both species seem to relish the idea of licking/mouthing everything *grin*
