You should definitely seek a vet-- my last iguana got very stringy foamy saliva when he had a respiratory infection (he didn't make it to the vet). I cannot stress enough telling them it is an emergency so you can go in today. Someone should post a list of vets for you (I am not at home right now) Good luck.
