to answer the question "do ig bites hurt?" ... depends on if they just kinda nip at you or if they go all out and CHOMP you ... nips don't hurt *too* bad ... CHOMPS on the other hand ... tend to hurt and bleed alot ... he may be short, but if he's 4yo, his mouth is full grown ig and don't EVER doubt the strength of those jaws!!!
