I have an iguana (Philbert), who I have always assumed is a male. He has pores along the underside of his back legs. they are noticible, but not huge. I got him last year, around september, from some people who could not take care of him anymore. He was given to them from other people and so on. I do not know how old he is, but he is over 2 feet (stl). A few days ago when I had him out, he saw his reflection in the mirror, and bobbed his head a few times. He has seen himself in the mirror before, but never bobbed. Do only males bob at themselves in the mirror? Could he be reaching sexual maturity?
Thanx
