I am not sure how worried to be about Sleestack but-- he is doing his pooing and painting routine, which I have noticed he does everytime he is in mating season. He had a plug not to long ago, but the thought is another could be up there due to his erratic behavior. He is quite energetic and eating a lot during the day, although he doesn't want his evening meal (only picks out goodies). Overall he seems of good health, BUT aside from pooping during the day and mashing it into an unrecognizable form, he always poops when I take him in the tub to clean him up (he associates the tub with going even if he doesn't have to go much) ANYWAY-- when he does this 2nd poo, it is very skinny but healthy looking other than that. He normally has a fat poo and this is what worries me because it has been going on during his other crazy behavior. It could be a plug partially blocking the poop which will eventually work itself partway out (enough for me to pull it) OR I wonder if it is some kind of other blockage???? This would be bad and obviously require the vet's attention. I am almost 100% sure he has not eaten anything strange (like Salvador used to do all the time) because he has not had much access to anything and he somewhat picky anyway. It is unlikely but has to be at least considered. Could he be blocked with anything that he normally eats, like some stubborn collard green stem or the like??? OR is this just his normal mating season problem and I'm worrying for nothing??? All opinions appreciated.....
