I have found that any live plant gets trashed quickly. If you put Hibiscus in, it will probably be eaten down to the stalk. Considering all the mess, possible eating of soil, ingestion of fertilizer/chemicals, dead plants, and constant clean-up, I personnally do not think it is worth it - since there is little or nothing to gain.
We have hibiscus outdoors know, but will be bringing them in due to morning low temps ( 19F).
I might suggest going with fake silk/plastic plants in the enclosure and separately growing the Hibiscus. This way you can regulate how much hibiscus gets eaten and you can control the mess and any unwanted eating of other things( soil, fertilizer, etc ).
Good luck
