: Sounds like your iguana was either stressed with your friend in the room and/or he may have been cold. Ours will get dark in color due to stress, not enough heat (last year's ice storm when we lost power!!!) or too much heat (outside).

: I'd just keep an eye on Phil and see if he displays any other signs of him not being himself.
