Besides dealing specifically with the MBD issue (providing calcium, sunlight), it sounds like this ig is also sick and under-nourished in general, I can think of several things I'd recommend ...

I would suggest a fecal exam to check for parasites and treat them as soon as possible. Parasites will also weaken the ig's system and prevent healing.

Make sure the ig is kept warm enough ... 85 degrees Farenheit ... am not sure what that translates to??? and keep it's humidity up as well.

Since this ig is not eating well on it's own, i would be concerned that it may not be getting enough fluids and calories. Encourage drinks a few times a day with an oral syringe. I would use an electrolyte replacement if possible instead of plain water. Try getting some higher calorie foods into the ig instead of just sticking with greens. A sick body needs extra calories for energy to heal. Maybe something like "Ensure"??? (A liquid high-calorie drink) ...

I believe that a D3 supplement is not necessary because adequate unfiltered sunlight or UVB light will provide that.

How much will the ig's looks improve? It's hard to say. It will depend on how sick/deformed he is now and how long he has been sick. He may not end up being perfectly formed, but he *can* be much healthier and happier!
