I would say minimum cage size would be: 7ft high, 3ft deep and 4ft width. Since igs are tree dwelling I don't think that you are going to get a 20 to 40ft tree in your house.
Also consider the temperature variant that needs to exist in the enclosure which would be around a 15 degree variant vertically and horizontal ( ie: 100 degrees at the hotest spot down to 85 at the coolest) ( day ) and then 85 down to 75 to 72 at night. I find that keeping the temps constant without wide variables is the hardest thing.
The next hardest thing is spending about $500 per ig per year in upkeep ( food, vet, electricity, supplies ).
