Some important info for ya....

A 20gallon tank wouldn't cut it, but if you have room to build a huge cage, set up proper UV lighting, and take care of a possibly nuerotic beast that grows to be 6ft. for the next 15 years, then I say you are a perfect cantidate. You are already better than most by researching before you get an iguana!!!

Another thing-- please consider adopting an iguana because there are TONS of igunas of all ages and sexes looking for good homes! You can probably get one for free this way and make a meaningful contribution by helping an abandoned or rescued ig! Organizations such as NIAD or other posters on this forum can set you up with one I'm sure...
