No stitches. An iguana's tail produces a chemical that quickly stops bleeding, so that would not be an issue. The biggest issue is keeping the area clean from infection, other than that, just leave it alone. Depending on where it was broke at, will play a major role on whether it will grow back or not. The tail is made up of around 4 or 5 sections, ( can't remember just how many) that are designed to break in those areas, if the break happens in those areas, chances are it will grow back.
