The dry pellets will only dehydrate him faster. I would try to feed him (you may have to force feed with a syringe) high moisture content food, and some pedialyte or water...even if it's not the most nutritious foods. Any calories is better than none at this point. You could try baby food. That's relatively easy to syringe feed b/c it's already basically liquid. I had to do this with my rabbit once.
And you also have to think about...is he suffering? How sick is he? I've watched dogs and cats go through liver failure..it's a horrible way to go.
Good luck to you, and I'm sorry to hear about your beardie.

: Hi,
: I have a bearded dragon that was recently diagnosed with liver failure. She was given fluids but the vet says there isn't to much more he can do as it doesn't look good. I think i've read that someone here has gone through liver problems with their igs. If so could you give me some tips, feeding, care anything to make them more comfortable. I fed her a mix of pea's corn, pedialyte mixed and blended last night and it was all over the cage this morning. now I'm going to try just rep cal dragon pellets and pedyalyte. She's severly dehydrated. Please e-mail me with any questions or advice. Thank you and please say a prayer for her.

: PS: I have posted on the dragon forum but not much of a response. actually, none.
