Zoo Med Iguana Food good or bad? more....

I just bought a little (10 oz.)conatiner of zoo med iguana food. Its in little moist pellets. Tried it on Ms. Guy, she seems to like it. Contains alfalfa, wheat bran,soy bean meal, collard geen, mustard greens, kale, spirulina, bee pollen, glycerin, natural flavors, beta carotene, vitamin D3, vitamin A acetate, vitimin B12 supplement, riboflavin supplement, niacin, folic acid,vitamin K, calcium pantothenate, and so on... So what do you guys think? I'm just trying somethin new.
