First.. look for watercress too, although if your store doesn't have the other stuff it may not have that either.

Asking your store to stock the stuff is the best idea, but if for some reason they don't keep in mind that farmers markets carry this stuff AND ethnic neighborhoods (even the main chains) usually carry collard greens and sometimes mustard greens. In other words you may have to drive across to the other side of the tracks so to speak. Our city in Orlando is very culturally mixed with Blacks and Hispanics so at least half of the stores carry such items (but those stores never seem to carry the watercress) so you see it is sometimes a cultural thing. But then again maybe collards are a southern thing anyway. I've never eaten them though and have no idea how to make them. I should learn because it would cut down on a lot of wasted veggies around here!
