As far as diet, you may want to try Jen Swofford's diet, although I just tried and they don't all come up right now for some reason.

Anyway, I use more collard and mustard greens, with escarole, watercress, dandelion greens, endive, supplemented with squashes, sweet potatos, and blueberries/melons/mango (small amount of fruit). I switch out these above foods, changing them around so he doesn't get bored, once in awhile throw in some green peas or beans or other fruits/veggies as a treat. I believe that is the gist of her diet although she is a lot more technical about ratios which is good. MK's diet is not as well liked by igs from what I understand.
