foods?

Would any of you feed your Ig something like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc? I usually take the seeds out of pumpkin or squash when I feed it to her, but it seems like it would be a good source of Vitamins and Non-animal protein. ANy suggestions? Thanks
