Sometimes Igs won't eat if they are constipated. Try soaking it in the tub.

What temperature is the cage during the day. They must have heat to digest their food.

You might try shredding yellow squash. Not a great food, but it sometimes will bring a stubborn case around.

A trip to the vet to check for worms may be in order.

Also, Iguanas are shy and do not like to eat in front of people.
