we need more information about your setup.
what do you feed them, what type of lighting do you use, what is their enclosure like.
do you give them direct, no glass, sunlight?
and have you measured them? sometimes we think they are not growing when in reality, they have. i measure my two new little ones weekly.
please post back with some more information so we can help you figure this out....sue3
