Sorry to hear you've had to go through such a tough
time. You did the right thing, but you already
know that. You should be proud of the life you
gave Steve and Quazi both: 9 and 10 years is very
respectable lifespans, especially for rescued igs.
I lost my (first) Q several months ago, so I have some idea
how you must feel. With time does come healing.
For quite a while, my mental images of Q were mostly
of him sick. Now, I'm starting to "see" more of the
good times. Hopefully, the bulk of your pain will
pass quickly.
