I have been a pet owner for a long time and I know what you went through.....Just remember, you did it for the best of your iguana. I have had to put dogs and cats down and it is the worst feeling in the world....After I had to put my first puppy (had her for 15 years) I was so upset. About 6 months later we got a new puppy and I swear there were some of the old puppy in her. You did what was best and it took courage.
