My ig was positioned like this towards the end as well-- and bubbly saliva gathered at the corners of his mouth signifying a respiratory infection. It seemed everything was going wrong with him at once. Do you see any stringy saliva or bubbles? Either way it does sound like he is having trouble breathing.

I'll pray for you both... ((((hugs)))) to the green guy!
