congratulations on your decision to become a new iguana owner. iguanas can be so much fun, right along with....so much work too.
but i was sad to hear of your decision to buy one at petco... rescuing is so rewarding...and there are so many, young and old, that need our help.
so what do you mean by bright lights? they need the correct "bright lights" and dont forget the themometers to check the basking temps. its as important to keep them at the correct temps for basking and a place where they can cool off too.
also buy some artificial plants so he has a place to hide and feed comfortable and safe.
