two things come to mind. The first is the rubbery jaw of MBD. There is also a bump that is an infection. Try some benadine with a q tip and see if this helps any. You probably should have a vet check this out.
Incidently, I hope you aren't using that calcium spray stuff. What kind of diet does your iguana have?
