The Basking Spot & LOL

Does anyone know what happened to the baskingspot.com. I haven't been able to go that page in a while. Just wondering if the address has changed. Also what does LOL mean. I've tried to figure it out and the things I've thought of doesn't seem to fit... Lots of Luck, hmmmmm... Lots of Laughs... Lizards Out Leaping, that doesn't seem right... maybe Learn Our Lessons... you can see that I'm just not getting it.
