I can proudly (? LOL) say that by the time our female iguana was released back to us for continued recovery at home EVERYONE who worked at the vet's office & all 3 vets knew that gal's name was Lightning. LMAO Probably had something to do with her attitude during her stay, huh? Talk about being the Queen B....if you get my drift!

But on a serious note, I agree that drs. should know us and our pets by name......after all, all they have to do is look at the file before they come into the exam rm.
