sounds like it's prob'ly food/saliva ... iZ tends to have a messy face/dewlap once in a while ... *should* wash off with warm water + a washcloth in the tub ... no, they shouldn't have *anything* growing on 'em tho ... bettin' it's food-face ... *grin*
