Your prolly have a very dominate male there....and that is what is stressing your little one. My male (before he was neutered) didn't care what size or sex any other iguana in his presence was!
He was in attack mode all the time...breeding season or not...when he turned 4 y/o

How big or old are these two igs? Sexing link below. Doubtful those other lizards are stressing him....but its the bully ig. Separate them asap!
Female +female ok
Female + male usually ok
male +male NEVER ok!
