I would keep an eye on that to see if she gets any more. It could need to be drained regardless. My last ig had them all over his tail when I rescued him and I had to give him antibiotic injections in the back for 3 weeks to stop them from spreading further. He had permanant scarring and scale/spine damage from them. This may not be the same thing, but it's worth checking into further.
