Dear Marsha: I have the same problem. Last year, I used timers for the lights and hired someone to come in and give my ig fresh water and food. However, I spent my whole time worrying about her and stressing out. This year, a family friend will be staying at my house, taking care of iggy, the 3 dogs, cat and fish. My ig needs daily attention like you said. You need to find someone you can trust, to take over the ig's care while you are away.
