I provide fresh water bowls for my igs but rarely see them drink from it. I have seen pictures of iguanas drinking from water bowls as well as those rabbit water spigot deals. Maybe adding fresh small green leaves...a few pieces of mustard, collard, dandelion floating in the water to entice them to drink (you can tell if they've been at it because less leaves noticed in the bowl), add a bubbler to keep water oxygenated and the movement may entice them to drink as well. What I do is make sure I heavily spray or almost flood their food with water or dandelion root juice....and not worry about them drinking from the bowls. My igs also drink from their water tubs prior to pooping...if their thirsty.
