Does your iguana seem *normal* otherwise? If so, that may be just his coloring. Our male iguana, Harry is completely brown and orange (no green). I happen to love his coloring.

If all else seems fine with him, I wouldn't worry about his coloring. If you're in doubt, a check up with your herp vet probably wouldn't be a bad idea.
