Welcome to the forum Ryan, a couple of things....
1) I would get your iguana out of that 45 gallon tank that is holding your anoles. It's best not to keep two types of reptiles together in such a small enclosure.
2) You are correct when stating they have teeth, although iglets (young iguanas) will not bite as hard and do as much damage as an adult iguana, you should still be careful. A full grown adult can cause serious damage with their teeth.

I noticed that you didn't get the link to the website on the other post so I was going to post a link but just realized I"m under a different account name and don't have the link saved. I'll try to get back on under the right name this evening and post the link.
